1. Which regions support shipping?

In order to ensure the quality of our service, we currently only support orders from the United States. Any subsequent adjustments will be posted on the website without notice. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

2.Order processing time

Our service hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM EST. For all US orders, we will process within 1 to 3 business days. Orders end at 5:00 PM. each business day and orders placed after 5:00 PM. will be prioritized for processing starting at 8:00 AM. the next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday will be processed at 8:00 AM. on the following Monday. In the event of a major event or holiday orders will be processed on a later date. No shipping or delivery courier will be arranged on weekends or holidays, your orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be prioritized from the next working day.

If an order takes more than ten business days to process, we are sorry if there is a timeout. You can contact us by mail [email protected]; we will process your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and your payment amount will be returned to your payment account. Refund arrival time varies by payment method, but usually takes one to two business days.

3. Product transportation time and freight calculation

Our Standard Shipping rate is $6.66 per order, and orders arrive 3-6 business days after they ship. If your total purchase is over $20, we’ll arrange free shipping for you.

4. Delivery time

Our delivery time is 4-9 business days, if there are holidays or major events delivery events will be delayed.

5. What if the product is lost in transit?

If your cosmetic bag products is lost in transit, we will help you contact the courier company for processing.

6. About the packaging

Our cosmetic bag products will be packed in double-layer waterproof plastic bags, please check carefully when you receive our cosmetic bag products, if there is any problem, please contact us first.

7.Sign for receipt

Please check whether the package is intact before signing the receipt.

After receiving the cosmetic bag products, if damage is found, please contact us in time and we will handle it properly.

If the package is rejected for customer reasons (non-quality issues), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

8. Unclaimed orders

Parcels that are unclaimed and undeliverable due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not assume any responsibility.

9.Sales tax/remittance fees

Sales tax/remittance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept payments in US dollars. If you are paying in another currency, your bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please check with your bank.
